Stop chasing.
Start getting paid.
Most small businesses are sitting on thousands of pounds they're already owed. Let's go and get it.
- First invoice free
- No card required
- Set up in under 2 minutes
You did the work. Now you're the one doing the chasing.
It sits on your mind on a Sunday night. You promise yourself you'll deal with it Monday, and Monday turns into a fortnight. Meanwhile the van needs tyres, the materials bill is due, and the money you've already earned is still in someone else's account.
62%
of invoices from UK small businesses get paid late.
5 weeks
the average time an invoice sits there unpaid.
£22,000
the money a typical small business is owed at any one time.
We ask for the money, so you don't have to.
Hand an invoice over and Duno takes the whole job on: working out who to press and when, keeping the pressure steady, giving your customer a simple way to settle up, and escalating properly if they don't. The same job a good credit controller does — without hiring one.
- 01
Starts gently

- 02

- 03
Makes paying easy
Your customer gets a clear, secure page with the amount, the due date and everything they need to settle.
- 04
Ends with teeth
A formal letter before action under UK law — the step before court.

Nothing for you to do
One upload. We handle the rest.
Getting paid shouldn't be another full-time job. Upload your invoice once and let Duno take it from there.
Upload your invoice
A PDF or a photo is all we need. We'll securely pull out the important details for you to check before anything is sent.
Choose your style
Friendly. Professional. Firm. You're always in control. We'll match your preferred approach while protecting your customer relationships.
We'll take it from here
Behind the scenes, Duno manages every follow-up, tracks every interaction and keeps things moving until your invoice is resolved.
You stay informed. We handle the hard part.
You stay in charge of the whole thing.
Nothing goes out without you seeing it
You approve every message before it goes out. Change the wording if you want to — it's your name on it.
It ends with teeth
If it needs to, the recovery ends with a formal letter before action under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 — the same step a solicitor would take first.
Your customers stay your customers
Invoices are stored securely, never shared, never sold. Close your account and we delete the lot.
Stop it any time
Mark an invoice paid or pause the chase and everything stops that second. No contract, no phone call to cancel.
What people say
Small businesses and tradespeople who stopped chasing and started getting paid.
“I'd written that invoice off in my head. Duno got me paid and I never had to be the bad guy once. The customer still uses us.”
“The awkward bit was always me chasing the money. Now it's handled politely and properly, and I get paid without the row.”
“Three grand sat there for months. Duno chased it in a way I'd have been embarrassed to do myself. Money's in now, and the client's still a client.”
“I used to lose a Sunday evening to chasing invoices. Now I don't think about it until the money lands. That alone is worth the twelve quid.”
“I'd been meaning to chase a four-grand invoice for two months. Duno took it off my hands and got it paid. Still can't quite believe it.”
“I was worried it would feel pushy. It didn't. The client paid without a fuss — which never happens when I chase it myself.”

One invoice you'd have written off pays for years of it.
Fair questions
Will this annoy my customers?+
It shouldn't. You pick the tone, and everything we send is polite the way a good invoice chaser is polite — clear about the money, decent about the relationship. Most people simply pay.
Am I allowed to do this?+
Yes. You're owed the money and you're asking for it. If it gets that far, the recovery ends with a formal letter before action, which mentions the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 — the law that lets you charge interest on a late invoice. We're not solicitors and we don't give legal advice.
What if they pay halfway through?+
Tap 'Paid' and everything stops that second. You can pause a chase whenever you like, no reason needed.
Does my customer know it's Duno?+
No. The recovery runs under your name and your business, in your words. As far as your customer is concerned, it's you being organised about your money.
How long does it take to set up?+
About two minutes for the first one. After that it's a photo and a tap.
What does it cost?+
Your first invoice is free and we don't ask for a card. After that it's £12 a month, as many invoices as you like. One click to cancel.
